Polygrid GC is a Composite made out of bonding the Fiberglass Geogrid to a Polypropylene based Nonwoven Geotextile. The Non woven layer of GC geo composite grid acts as an additional reinforcement layer over the Binder course under the Grid and most importantly it effectively performs as water proofing barrier that prevents moisture entering the asphalt layer from the aggregate layer. Its high tensile strength prevents stress related cracking and extends pavement lifetime. GC is the most efficient solution to preventing cracking and the increasing need for moisture barriers for roads.
